City Farmers




It's time for produce to be "coming in" so yesterday it was time for making strawberry jelly.



Today Mike harvested his beets from the garden and then put up 10 pints of pickled beets.

Um, where is the strawberry jelly? Remember the demand is in Texas, but the supply is in Tennessee.

I want some, too...well I would if I lived closer. Must say strawberry jelly would be my pick over pickled beets - never got used to those things. So glad you are going to keep the blog going!!
