On Monday night we had a neighborhood December birthday party. We had wonderful food and great fellowship.
Yesterday 4 of us drove to Atlanta to help with Operation Christmas Child by working with the 100s of thousands of boxes that come into that distribution center. Our boxes were going to India, the Republic of Benin and Ghana. It is such a rewarding day and to know that our boxes have such an effect on so many children.

Oh...I loved seeing all these FRIENDS at the table enjoying a meal together!! Wish I had been there. Would have loved to go work with the Shoeboxes, too. I think that is such a wonderful ministry. Thanks for sharing all this!
Me again...I just noticed that I have the SAME little placecard holders!!! And I am wondering what's in the cute bags???

What a neat experience!!!
I am just now getting caught up with your blog and had to comment on the Operation Christmas Child. The church where Kenedi and Kaiden go to school participated in this wonderful project. Jeff, the girls, and I headed off to Target and had a blast trying to STUFF as much as we could into 2 shoe boxes. We were worried that the girls wouldn't get it and would think we were buying for them but they TOTALLY got it and kept saying, " this is for my friends that don't have toys." It was so cute and sweet to see them wanting to help others. Glad to see your family is doing so great!
