Hot out…Cool in

It was a hot one here today…

so we decided to do an inside activity…

Sorry about the quality of the pictures, but the little camera wouldn’t turn on so I had to use my phone, which is not the best, but at least you have an idea of what we did today.

Swim Meet

Rheagan and Tripp are doing swim team this summer and recently participated in a meet. 

Rheagan did 3 strokes and Tripp did 1.

His was Free Style, but at this point, it looks more like the dead’s man float!

Welcome Summer!

Today is the first day of summer!  Nothing says summer like a good cold watermelon.

He is drinking the juice just like his grandfather and his great grandfather did before him!

Family Outing

On Wednesday, Tripp played in his first golf tournament!  (He had even picked out his clothes the night before!)  He was so excited to be able to play after watching Rheagan play in so many tournaments.

Family Reunion

Recently we drove to Texas for the Seago reunion.  There we stayed with Mike’s aunt Ellen and then drove up to Quitman with Bob who came from MO.  There were 6 cousins present and a variety of their spouses, children and grandchildren.  It’s always a good time with good food.  We missed those who had conflicts this year but look forward to seeing others next year.
