We leave today, after Rheagan's golf tournament, to fly to Dallas and then on to Utah. It is our annual pilgrimage to the Utah Shakespearean Festival.
Whew!! This has really been a busy summer for us and we still have 3 more kids who will visit us before it is over! Looking forward to having them join us the early part of August.

Last Day
This morning some of us worshiped at Surf Side Fellowship while some of us were at a "tent meeting".

and then back to our rained-out putt putt game.
It was another day of much of the same as previous days!

We went to Pineapple Willy's again for supper

and then back to our rained-out putt putt game.
Sat., July 11
The day brought much of the same...play, eat, walk, sleep, read...repeat.

After dinner, it was time for the taking of the "traditional" picture and then off to play putt-putt, but the rains sent us home. We'll try again.

Mike and Mack played golf this morning while the rest of us went to the beach. It was another day of fun in the sun.

The guys returned and joined us on the beach.

For supper we met my cousin and her husband from Texas who were also here. The meal at Captain Anderson's was delicious.

Hitting the Big Ones
The tents got set up this morning and then it was time to "hit the big ones". Rheagan learned to do the skimmer board and Tripp enjoyed being in the water and being on the boogie board.

We slept, read, walked and played in the water.

This is just one example that proves Panama City Beach is the Red-Neck Riviera of the World.

We ate supper at Pineapple Willy's and then came back and played Sorry and started a jigsaw puzzle.

Traveling to the Beach
We left about mid-morning for Panama City Beach.

When we got to the Florida Welcome Center, it was raining...not exactly The Sunshine State.

After checking into our condo, it was time for supper, so we went to Dirty Dick's for shrimp.

Great Guests
About mid-afternoon on Monday, the Terrys arrived and it was so good to see them. It didn't take long for the "kids" to get acquainted!

After supper, we let the teen-aged boy take a spin in the bug. since he only has his learner's permit, the Hobby Lobby parking lot seemed fitting for his first time with the stick shift. There were Wii tournaments and Guitar Hero concerts.

Here are random shots of their visit.

This afternoon we ate some watermelon.

The zinnias are really showing off right now.

They left this morning on their way to Washington, D.C.
Rheagan had a golf clinic this morning...notice the new addition...contacts.
