NYC--Day 3

Another breakfast at the hotel before we started our day. Our first stop was the Museum of Natural History. There was so much to see and do there but we didn't try to do it all...just most of it! We were able to see the Collision in the Cosmos at the Hayden Planetarium...a great presentation. Here is a sample of pictures from the Museum...

After a bite of lunch there, we rode the tour bus around Central Park, through Harlem and other areas of Manhatten. Here is a sample of what we saw along the way.

Our next major stop was the Central Park Zoo. What fun we had there watching the animals.

A special treat was seeing the Sea Lions being fed.

We had a couple of stops to make in the area...one being FAO Schwarz..

Then we walked to St. Patrick's Cathredal, and since it was just about time for a mass, we didn't stay too long, and then went outside and set on the steps while we ate a snack.

We stopped by Rockerfeller Center and went to Top of the Rock to see more great views of the city.

We ate supper and then walked throught Times Square before we got ice cream again!
